My Parents

There are 3 people in my family: my achan, my amma and me.
We are now living in New York City. They came from India in May 2000, four months before I was born.
He wants me to go to the school where he studied, St.Jude.H.S. Mukhathala in Kollam [+2 from Sree Narayana College (SNC) Quilon], India. But amma doesn't like that idea.. Nobody is asking my opinion!!
My achan was born and brought up in Kundara, Kollam District, Southern part of Kerala.
My amma was born in Alleppey District and studied (Arya Central School, Pattom & Womens College, Vazhuthacaud) and lived in Trivandrum, the capital of Kerala State.
They attended the college together. Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology (RIT Pampady, MG University) in Kottayam District, Kerala.
They married in Dec, 1997 and were in Bangalore before they came to NY.

Me!!

My Milestones ;-)

Feb 2001: Squeeze Tim and Sue, splash water on amma while she bathes me, make goo goo sounds and drive my imaginary car !
Mar 2001: Tear off Tim's hair ;-) I can make sounds like Eeeee...Ooooo...Drrrr... and can drive my achan nuts. I can roll and also rotate 360 degrees.
Apr 2001: I can now roll over very well. My Achan & Amma gave me rice for the first time on April 15 at the Statue of Liberty
May 2001:I am trying to stand now. I can now lean against the crib and the window-sill with a little help from my parents! But when they are not around, I fall down and hit my head here and there :-o
June 2001:Now I can pull myself to a standing position without my parents help. But still I need a little hold somewhere. I have mastered the art of crawling, but I need to work on my sitting

Sep 2001:My first two teeth! Started walking
Oct 2001:Now I can say "Acha" (meaning father in Malayalam) clearly
Dec 2001:Starts Dancing
